AI Research Scientist

The Danish AI Institute is looking for an AI Research Scientist to join our research team in Aarhus. In this role, you will contribute to cutting-edge research in artificial intelligence and collaborate with academic and industry partners.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct original research in deep learning, reinforcement learning, or other AI domains
• Publish findings in top-tier conferences and journals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on research projects
• Develop proof-of-concept implementations of novel algorithms
• Contribute to research grant applications and project proposals

Requirements:

• PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field
• Strong publication record in AI conferences or journals (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, etc.)
• Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch preferred)
• Experience with large-scale experimentation and data analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
